Label system
Stover Manufacturing LLC’s in-house turnkey roll label system provides wholesale greenhouses, nurseries and garden centers a real-time plant tag solution. Composed of a printer, software, label substrate and print supplies, the system has the ability to be produced in-house as needed during a plant’s growing and/or retail cycle. It eliminates the need for tag inventory, and information on the labels can be customized by plant variety, price, size, UPC and 2-D barcode, as well as grower or retailer identity. Tags are available in a range of substrate color, and when used in conjunction with appropriate POP, it lessens the need for picture tags. SERVICE #45
Gas-fired unit heater
The PTP-series of gas-fired unit heaters from Modine Manufacturing Co. is a horizontal discharge unit heater that delivers 80 percent thermal efficiency. Including a stainless steel tubular heat exchanger as standard on all units, the line also carries a 10-year heat exchanger warranty. Other standard design features include enclosed fan motors, and all of the controls are mounted inside the cabinet for protection from airborne moisture and dust. Finger-proof fan guards, two-stage controls to reduce short-cycling and temperature fluctuations at part-load conditions, and field-installed adaptor kits for two-point suspension are optional features. The PTP heaters are easy to install, and the standard power exhaust simplifies side-wall or roof heating with its small diameter vent pipe and permanently lubricated motor. SERVICE #46
