Dosatron 40 GPM Fertilizer and Chemical Injector Series
The Dosatron 40 GPM (D8RE2) fertilizer and chemical injector was introduced nearly two years ago.
As part of this series, Dosatron is introducing the 40 GPM D8RE3000, with ratios from 1:3000 to 1:800. This new unit is good for direct injection of sanitizing chemicals for the greenhouse.
The new 40 GPM – D8RE series offers improved chemical resistant housing, enhanced UV resistance, allows injection of corrosive chemicals and features easy-to-adjust injection rates and easy-to read graduated scales.
The D8RE series can easily inject fertilizers, pesticides, and caustic chemicals accurately with a flow rate of 2.2 to 40 GPM. And handles a pressure range of 2 to 110 psi. Two models are available:
- 40 GPM (D8RE2) injection ratio of 1:500 to 1:50
- 40 GPM (D8RE3000) injection ratio of 1:3000 to 1:800
The 40 GPM – D8RE series of injectors are available wherever Dosatron injectors are sold.

Advantage 30 - 2.5% model
Green-Tek and Hydro Systems recently announced the return of the Advantage 30 - 2.5% model. A Green-Tek exclusive, the Advantage represents Green-Tek’s and Hydro Systems’ response to the desire of many customers for this classic injector.
“We listened to the growers, and they made it clear they wanted to see their old friend back,” says Paul Jacobson, president of Green-Tek.
The original Advantage units were a mainstay in the industry for more than 15 years. Dosmatic, Inc. replaced them with the SuperDos line in 2007. Although the SuperDos line is technically advanced, many growers preferred the simpler construction and repair of the Advantage units.
“We are grateful to our friends at Hydro for the hard work and effort that was required to tool up for this market favorite,” Jacobson says.
All units carry a 3-2-1 warranty: Three years body and cover, two years on the motor, one year on lower end with first service parts provided.
