Inventory, production software
Retail Lynx software from FlowVision LLC takes the guesswork and emotion out of planning mix and quantity at the store level. It uses historical sales data and recommends a reorder point for each product at each store. It modifies the reorder points based on forecast, availability, weather and dollar-value targets. As actual sales occur at each store, on-hand quantities drop below reorder points, triggering a replenishment of consumption. For growers the software can provide store buyers with recommended store-level mix and quantity. READER SERVICE #42
