Perhaps this season’s pace left you gasping for breath, or it may have been a calmer experience. Either way, going forward equals momentum, and it’s important to acknowledge that movement. In this year’s State of the Industry survey, just over half of respondents expect double-digit profits this year and 42% said that’s an increase over last year. And 65% project this year’s sales to increase compared with 2023. In anticipation of another solid year, most respondents plan to increase production for 2024. Attitudes also seemed brighter with this year’s survey as 89% of respondents revealed they were confident about the growth of the industry in 2024.
