Terra Nova Nurseries debuted a look at its brand-new Sedum ‘Peach Pearls’ variety. This perennial is noted for its burgundy leaves, rose-gold flowers and multiple crowns in its first year.
Sedum ‘Peach Pearls’ is a pollinator attractor, deer resistant and forms an excellent habit. This fast-growing perennial blooms in August and September, and can add splashes of orange and pink tones for mixed beds, borders, rock gardens or containers.
USDA Hardiness Zones for Sedum ‘Peach Pearls’ are four through nine, and it has a height of 14”, width of 24” and an extended flower height of 20”. This sedum variety allows for full sun exposure.
Sedum ‘Peach Pearls’ performs best in mineral soil and requires good drainage. The perennial demands only low-to-moderate irrigation in the garden, and should be dried completely between waterings.
Terra Nova Nurseries has created a “Plant Profile” page and “Grower Recipe” specific to this new variety so growers interested in orders can learn about growing habits, plant characteristics, fertilization recommendations, water requirements, and other insights provided by the breeding team. These documents can be viewed and downloaded for printing here. Growers can contact their Terra Nova Nurseries representatives or email the sales team at sales@terranovanurseries.com.
