The Ball Seed® Technical Support Team consists of industry experts committed to helping growers. The team is comprised of Nathan Jahnke, Nick Flax, Todd Cavins and Josh Henry. They each hold advanced degrees in Horticulture and can supply a wealth of information based on their extensive specialty knowledge. With more than 70 years of combined expertise, they are well prepared to help you grow the annuals, perennials, tropicals, foliage and cut flowers that Color the World.
The Technical Support Team members work together with growers of all sizes and locations to provide the highest quality crop culture, clean environment protocols, plant physiology and pathology support, and guidance on chemical and biological control agents.
In addition to troubleshooting challenges, the Ball Seed Technical Support Team identifies opportunities throughout the entire supply chain by facilitating research that helps develop widespread solutions.
The team works collaboratively with you in the greenhouse to pinpoint obstacles and communicate solutions that best fit your needs. These efforts are driven by Ball’s passion to support its customers’ success in the greenhouse, in the field, during shipping and at retail.
When the team is not in the field, they are developing engaging and informative educational materials that help growers quickly identify and solve challenges in their greenhouses.
