Peat and growing media company Berger is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its plant in Sulphur Springs, Texas.
Since its opening, Berger’s Texas plant has played a crucial role in the company’s expansion strategy in the U.S. and is a cornerstone of Berger’s operations, helping it grow within the peat industry while meeting the needs of the American market.
Berger’s Texas plant has created local jobs and contributed to the economic development of the Sulphur Springs area. Berger has also implemented sustainable and environmentally responsible management practices, earning certifications that reflect its commitment to the planet.
Berger has forged strong ties with the local community through its support initiatives and active participation in local events, with the Texas plant embodying Berger’s corporate social responsibility.
