Greenhouse solutions company Ridder North America has hired Rob Hanifin as the new product specialist for climate screens.
Based on the U.S. East Coast, Hanifin will support growers across North America and globally to enhance their capabilities in greenhouse climate management.
Hanifin spent more than six years as a climate consultant for Svensson, where he developed a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by growers. His experience extends to assisting growers in selecting appropriate climate screens and utilizing them effectively to optimize their greenhouse environments.

Prior to joining Ridder, Hanifin gained significant experience in agricultural research, conducting crop trials in controlled environment agriculture (CEA) and field settings for various private, government and academic institutions. His work has spanned the U.S,, dealing with diverse regional climate conditions and broadening his expertise in climate management for CEA crops.
