Horti-Klor from Pace 49 is formulated for cleaning and sanitizing throughout the food plant and grower industries. Horti-Klor is an active, high-foaming chlorinated detergent designed to help meet the highest greenhouse sanitation standards.
A composite of detergents and emulsifiers, Horti-Klor dislodges stubborn material such as algae, whitewash, oily residues and dirt. The emulsion will not break down during rinsing, thus preventing oily residues which contribute to bacterial growth and off-odors. It produces a high-foam when used in a foam applicator and is safe to use on stainless steel, aluminum, iron, concrete, polyethylene and glass. It contributes 450 parts per million of active chlorine when used at a rate of 2.7 fluid ounces per gallon of water.
