With the new FlexSorter — an automated selection machine designed and built by TTA for Grow Group — plants are transferred only one time, which results in a simple-to-operate and reliable machine.
During the transfer, an advanced camera system makes multiple images of the plant, which also includes stem thickness.
The plant is positioned in the plant gripper. The result is high equipment capacity, a precisely graded plant and almost no plant damage.
Since plant carriers are no longer needed for the selection process, the FlexSorter can be provided with an built-in disinfection and cleaning system, in order to prevent transfer of germs and bacteria.
